Pre-order terms
Last updated: October 2026
Draft: this text must be reviewed and approved by a lawyer before launch. The details in square brackets need completing.
These are the rules you agree to when you pre-order. They are meant to be simple: no online payment, just a commitment to come and collect.
What a pre-order is
Pre-ordering means reserving a number of bullar in a pickup slot (place, day and time window). It is not a distance sale: we take no online payment, you pay at the stall when you collect.
How many bullar
There is a limit per person per pickup day, and a lower limit before your first collected order. Every slot has a capacity: when it is full, it closes.
Changes and cancellation
You can change quantities or cancel your pre-order until the slot's cutoff, and changing does not lose your place. After the cutoff we start baking against the confirmed orders and changes are no longer possible — write to us and we will see what can be done.
Collection
At the stall you show your pickup QR during the slot's time window. We record the quantities actually collected: if you take fewer than you reserved, the collected quantities are what count, stamps included.
No-shows
If you do not come to collect, we record a no-show and email you. After several confirmed no-shows in a row, pre-ordering is paused for your account; write to us and we will lift it. Cancelling before the cutoff never counts as a no-show.
Stall notes
We may note on your profile things that help us serve you (an allergy you told us about, a no-show). These notes are part of your personal data: you can ask for a copy and for their deletion like everything else.
Prices and allergens
The price and the allergens are the ones shown when you confirm the pre-order. Our bullar contain gluten, milk and eggs, and are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts. The only seeds we use are cardamom seeds.
